  • low ratio learning environments (12:1 approx)
  • Individual Learning Plans for each learner to aid their path to progression
  • Certification at level 3 to 5 to aid in getting into Employment & Further Education
  • Dedicated Literacy & Numeracy tutor in a lower ratio setting
  • A Learner Advocate who aids learners in their personal or career goals
  • A limited capacity Counselling service as an extra support

Advocacy

The Advocates role is to guide and support learners through an individual career path planning process. This is carried out through individual  work

Communications

Literacy and Numeracy are essential basic life skills in training and employment and communications (English) and Maths are compulsory modules for almost all QQI awards. 

You can speak with our Counsellor about any issue, no matter how big or small. In addition, the Counselling and Support service offers Mindfulness 

Erasmus+

Our Erasmus+ offers learners the chance to travel abroad for Work Experience or other learning opportunities

Work Experience is a very important element of  learners training at Mullingar CTC.  It gives the learner valuable experience in the workplace
