Big thank you to TUS Athlone and College Connect for facilitating a group of Mullingar CTC learners on their Change Makers Mentoring programme.
The course involves a community group of around 15 mentees work with a group of around 6 college-student mentors. Together they explore topics which are important and relevant to them through games and activities in an academic setting. It also involves an information session about how to get to college and supports available, talking to academic staff, a campus tour, and lunch in the
canteen before every workshop .
